We are one of the largest NHS community health providers in England, serving a population of 3.6million across Kent, East Sussex and London. We provide a wide range of NHS community care services in peoples own homes, prisons, care and nursing homes, urgent treatment centres and acute units, and community hospitals. We put our patients and service users at the heart of everything we do and understand the importance of equipping our colleagues to provide the best care possible and that includes enabling better mental wellbeing and confidence in having conversations about suicide.
Also, ZSA training aligns with our aims of having a safer and healthier workplace by providing our colleagues, and staff health and wellbeing champions with the tools necessary to support our workforce.
Our aims, ambitions and resources provide a comprehensive health and wellbeing offer for colleague development. This includes the excellent ZSA training to support the mental and overall wellbeing of both patients and colleagues.
