We are Mental Health First Aid Trainers and are working to destigmatise Mental Health. Joining and supporting ZSA, who have created this amazing Training Course, will help us to do this as well, and reach even further with our support.

We are working towards destigmatising talking about mental health. Educating as many people as we can in how to talk about mental health, and how to support people, and where to signpost to.
