Men's Advice Line offers a confidential helpline which supports male victims of domestic abuse and domestic violence.

National Domestic Abuse Helpline

Refuge run a National Domestic Abuse Helpline which provides support with women experiencing domestic abuse, women’s housing, safety planning and dealing with police.

Call 0808 2000 247 or chat online using the National Domestic Abuse Helpline chatbot.

Helpline open 24/7, 365 days a year. Chatbot open 10am to 10pm, Monday to Friday.

Suzy Lamplugh Trust

The Suzy Lamplugh Trust offer a free, confidential helpline that provides advice for people that are being stalked, to increase their safety and allow them to make informed choices. 

Call 0808 802 0300, fill out the helpline enquiry form or take the 'am i being stalked' assessment.

Open 9.30 am to 8 pm, Monday and Wednesday. Open 9.30 am to 4 pm, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday.
