The Survivors Trust

The Survivors Trust offers a free, confidential helpline for all survivors of rape, sexual abuse and violence.

Call 0808 801 0818 for free or email helpline@thesurvivorstrust.org for support.

Open 10am to 12.30pm and 1.30pm to 5.30pm, Monday to Friday. Open 10am to 1pm on Saturdays and 5pm to 8pm on Sundays.

The National Association for People Abused in Childhood (NAPAC)

NAPAC offer a free, confidential helpline to support adult survivors of all types of childhood abuse, including physical, sexual, emotional abuse or neglect.
