Hourglass offer a free, confidential helpline which provides  support to an older person or anyone concerned about an older person who is at risk of, experiencing or recovering from any form of abuse or neglect.

The Hourglass helpline and chatbot are available 24/7. All other services are open Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm.
