Funeral Experts

Funeral Experts is a dedicated comparison service offering both an online platform and a personalised telephone service. Our mission is to promote Competition and Markets Authority (CMA) compliance and to ensure trust, transparency, and compassion for anyone who has been bereaved. We are proud to partner with Liverpool City Council and Liverpool University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust to provide impartial, independent, and unbiased advice. Our aim is to support individuals in planning a funeral, finding a funeral director, and accessing comprehensive bereavement support.

At Funeral Experts, we provide holistic support to those dealing with bereavement. Our services include welfare benefits advice, council tax advice, death notification, grants searches, emotional support, probate and estate administration, and more. We strive to empower people with choices and ensure they receive the necessary support during difficult times. Our commitment to compassion and transparency ensures that every person receives the care and guidance they need.

Joining the Zero Suicide Alliance (ZSA) is a significant step in demonstrating our commitment to fostering a supportive and safe environment for both staff and the community. We believe that joining ZSA will significantly enhance our efforts to support those at risk of suicide and promote mental health awareness. At my previous workplace I ensured that all staff received ZSA training and I aim to ensure at Funeral Experts, we equip our staff with the knowledge, skills, and confidence to effectively support individuals experiencing suicidal thoughts or behaviours. By providing comprehensive training and resources through ZSA, we can ensure that our team is well-prepared to intervene and offer the necessary support.
