Cumbria Health provides primary health care services in and out of hours to the population of Cumbria.
I'm our organisations Workforce Development Lead and Mental Health Coordinator. I'm also a registered mental health nurse providing organisational level and individual promotion, prevention and direct interventions to our healthcare staff.
Our Head of Nursing attended a conference where the ZSA were in attendance and learnt of the work ZSA do. As an organisation we began to promote your ZSA training for our staff. We promote suicide awareness to support our front line staff deliver primary care. We also want our staff to be aware of themselves and each other too. ZSA is doing a great job and we want to be part of the good work.
