Traditionally the third Monday in January is known as ‘Blue Monday’ but with the ZSA Big Brew you can turn that around.
This year on 18 January we want you to help us turn ‘Blue Monday’ into ‘Brew Monday’ by getting people together for a virtual cuppa.
Over the years we’ve seen our Brew Monday campaign grow from strength to strength; and this year, with so many of us being physically separated, perhaps we need it more than ever.
So let’s build on our strengths and stay connected. Take time out to reach out to those who may be feeling lonely or isolated with an audio/video call - Zoom, Skype, Messenger, Microsoft Teams, WhatsApp etc.- and let them know they’re not alone.
We're actively encouraging people to take our Step Up module which is aims to help support someone who's struggling with lockdown and social isolation. But on Brew Monday we want you to take the training AND reach out to someone. This could be a family member, friend, neighbour or colleague.
#Brewfie Challenge
We want you to take part in our #Brewfie challenge in the run up to Brew Monday.
What's a brewfie you ask? A brewfie is a selfie of you with a brew. Yep, it really is that simple!
Snap a pic and share it with us on social media. Take our Step Up module and reach out to someone over a virtual cuppa.
Don't forget to tag us and nominate your family and friends to take the challenge too!
