Training feedback from a call handler

We regularly hear from people who have shared how the training helped them recognise that someone may be struggling and gave them the confidence to be direct and ask them. 

“The training was really eye opening and I really appreciated the words of the families who had lost loved ones, it was so brave of them to tell their stories in order to educate us.

Since completing the training, I have been able to put their advice into practice. It really helped me to think about the family’s advice and to ask if the caller had made any plans.

Because of the training I was able to talk to them in a calm way and get help for them. I just wanted to say thank you to all involved for providing this life saving training for us.” Anonymous
